The full price, before we start
You get the full price before anything starts, no fine print. Nobody puts their name to something they don’t understand.
Made in the store
The bench is here, in the store, not in another city. The piece gets made and handed over at 88 Nagle Avenue.

Tell us the idea
On WhatsApp or at the counter. A reference photo helps, but it isn’t required. We answer during store hours, every day from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

It gets drawn and agreed
Raffi shows you the drawing and tells you the full price. You decide after that.

It gets made and you pick it up
The piece gets worked on at the bench in the store and you pick it up at the same counter.
