Ring resizing here in Inwood, at the bench in the store, not in another city: we measure your finger, we measure the ring, and we size it up or down to fit. Raffi is a master jeweler and he does it himself.
Sizing down
If it spins on your finger, a section comes out and it gets closed back up.
Measured first
Your finger gets measured in the store, not by eye.
Stones and engravings
A ring with stones all the way around or an engraving inside gets a closer look before we say yes. We tell you before touching anything.
Cleaning and inspection
The piece gets cleaned and the setting checked before it goes back to you.

Bring the ring in
At the counter, during store hours. If it’s for someone else, the best thing is for them to come with you and get measured here; if they can’t, bring a ring that fits them and we measure that one.

We measure and tell you
We measure your finger and the ring, look at it under the loupe and explain what can be done. Looking at the ring is free. You decide after that.

It gets sized and you pick it up
The ring gets worked on at the bench in the store and you pick it up at the same counter where you left it.
