We look at it and tell you
We check the watch and explain what you’ve got and how it gets solved. Looking at the watch is free. You decide after that.

It gets taken care of and you pick it up
It gets checked in the store and, if there’s work to be done, we tell you first. You pick the watch up at the same counter where you left it.
